Birth Wise runs ante natal classes that empower you to make informed choices and prepare you for everything you will need for birth and early parenting. We offer:

• top facilitators
• natural health speakers (including homeopathy, osteopathy and acupressure)
• midwife talks
• latest information
• breastfeeding support
• comprehensive home birth information
• and birth stories from families who will come to share their experiences.

Our classes cover everything you will need to know about birth, babies and becoming parents. You will have access to week by week notes, natural health professionals, a dedicated library, our website, our journal, and ongoing support.

Course details

• We run a 7 week programme (plus two reunions per course).
• Places are limited to 13 couples per course.
• Payment is required at time of booking.

Cost (including full membership)

The cost of the seven-week course is NZ$190, including the Birth Wise one year membership fee of NZ$25. Donations are welcome.
